Adam Veres started managing his own assets in the stock market following a lengthy career in software engineering. With more than 10 years of experience in portfolio management, Mr. Veres holds a Series 65 license and a B.S. in Computer Science from Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Mr. Veres founded Godafoss Capital Management, LLC in 2019.

Eveline Gerck is an American financier, investor and board member with deep expertise in investments, capital raising and investor relationship management. Before becoming an investor and board member, Ms. Gerck was an Institutional Investor ranked public securities analyst who led over $40 billion in deals including IPOs, M&As and growth equity. In the past 22 years, she has specialized in U.S. and global alternative investments. Ms. Gerck has served as member of the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors to several startups and investment funds and as venture partner to Family Offices. A Software and Structural Engineer, she was awarded two Scholarships, by Rotary International and the Organization of the American States, to pursue her graduate studies in business administration at Harvard University and Robert H. Smith Business School. Ms. Gerck is a member of the Harvard Club in NYC and the Harvard Alumni Association.
